Hey guys and girls, I am part of a duo playing and recording originals in our home studios. Music along the lines of The Lumineers. We have 15+ songs that are basically done minus percussion. The guitarist has been overlaying backing and bass tracks to complete the recordings. Before we head into a professional studio to start recording, we wanted to see if we could land our own drummer and not use a studio session drummer. Once a new drummer is found, we as a group can decide how many songs to record at the studio. Everyone's voice will be heard. We are very easy to work with and love exploring all options. If you have great brush/snare technique, that would would be great! If you are familiar with the Lumineers, then you will get the vibe that we are looking for. We have a clean secure practice space with recording capabilities. Just missing the boom boom. I even have a great maple kit for you to play on to save you from the misery of loading and unloading. Please no drug issues. No drama. Reliability is a must. If you desire playing out in the local club scene, that will not be an issue either. We have connections throughout MA/NH. Obviously, some covers will need to be sprinkled in, but we've both been in and currently in some great cover bands. So no big deal. If you have a bass player in mind, bring him along too! If it's easier, we can set up zoom meetings before jamming to bounce questions off of each other. Thanks for looking! Kevin
