What I’m doing is preparing a taste of the Caribbean sampler plate! Sunday, March 20th I am hosting a fun little reggae Sunday get-together at one of my favorite local distilleries. What I’m doing is preparing a taste of the Caribbean sampler plate and then the cocktail gods at Grey Matter are making a tasty Caribbean cocktail to complete the attack on your taste buds. We will also be listening to some awesome vibing reggae music to make it complete. Here are the dirty little details of what’s included in the sampler plate. Curry chicken salad – Tequila and curry marinated chicken breast,a blend of peppers and herbs combine to make this dish a showstopper Signature Conch Salad – This is bloody Mary in a bowl a ceviche like no other!!!! Loaded with fresh conch and jam packed with flavor. Guacamole deviled eggs – Hard-boiled egg, ripe avocado, pico de gallo,and finished with garlic plantain chips Hurricane Proof Rum Cake – We’re gonna finish this tasty treat off with our bohemian rum cake this deliciousness is no joke it’s hurricane proof
