Remove Bolts from Jeep "A" Pillars

I need help removing these bolts from the sides of the A pillars in my Jeep Wrangler. I need to remove the bolts so that I can attach new side mirrors. I think the tools needed are a manual impact driver and hammer. I'm in Jax Beach but can bring it to you if you have the tools and know-how.
