This is a Covid Testing and Vaccination Event sponsored by H&S Impact Group. The event will be held at New Mount Olive Baptist Church. COVID testing and vaccination clinic will take place on Saturday, April 2, 2022, from 10am to 5pm; and Sunday, April 3, 2022, from 1pm to 5pm at the New Mount Olive Baptist Church, 4412 Washington Blvd., Wilmington, Delaware 19802. Lavina J. Smith, is the Pastor. PRE-REGISTRATION IS PREFERRED FOR VACCINATIONS TO GUARANTEE A RESERVATION. You do not have to register for testing. Four persons may be individually registered per time slot for COVID vaccination. The Moderna and Pfizer vaccinations will be offered: 1st shot, 2nd shot and booster. Anyone ages 5 and older can receive the vaccination. Moderna and Pfizer require two shots and a booster shot. The booster shots are administered five months after the 2nd shot. You will need to be observed for 15-20 minutes after the vaccination. The clinic will be open to the public. The vaccination and testing will be free. Please bring a photo ID and vaccine card; minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Masks are required. Please follow the directions of the parking attendants at the location.
