Our fast-growing, technologically-driven manufacturing firm is seeking an Order Coordinator for our Added Value Processing (AVP) department. This position will provide the successful candidate with the chance to apply their knowledge, learn new skills and work as a team within a clean and safe environment. The ideal candidate for this role should have experience in the manufacturing sector, pay strong attention to detail and is committed to workplace safety.
Responsibilities will consist of, and may not be limited to:
• Maintain and keep track of sales orders for various customers
• Careful handling of finished parts
• Backer board, shrink wrap, label parts for deliveries, shipments, and inventory
• Monitor parts in process
• Keep track of customer authorizations to ship
• Create daily ship sheets
• Inventory control and reconciliation
• Data entry
Requirements
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Related manufacturing experience and/or training
• Proven attention to detail
• Dedication to safety
• Good organization and prioritization
• Reliability and punctuality
