Description
Looking to add a reliable, respectful, honest person or 2, to our team, for property maintenance and apartment turnovers in Essex County.
Transportation needed.
This is a full time position.
You must be flexible and able to work an occasional weekend to cover emergency calls if necessary.
Having your own tools is helpful.
Basic skills desired in carpentry, drywall, flooring install, cleaning, painting, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, snow shoveling and anything else needed.
Attention to detail and a willingness to learn is important, as well as being able to work as a team member.
No drugs or alcohol while on the job will be tolerated.
