Found: mostly white kitty cat near Ustick & Cloverdale

Found cat - anyone recognize him/her? This cat is NOT microchipped and no one has come forward to say they recognize her (I’m assuming she is female). She seems well fed/is not skinny. She looks rough in the photo because she is dirty, has a dirty nose and a little growth on her top right eyelid. Her eye is not red, raw or inflamed so it does not appear to be a recent injury/infection. Seems like it must be uncomfortable though. Has slightly runny nose and glassy eyes. We have seen her on our Ring camera in the middle of the night for months so I know she is not new to the neighborhood. Hoping someone recognizes this cat. Please be prepared to provide roof of ownership to claim.
