The Dropout Summit - Youth & Workforce Edition will mix education & entertainment as we tackle some of the main issues that our youth face On April 2nd, 2022, The Dropout Summit will be exclusive to our youth in the city. In this event, we will be joined by Councilwoman, Julia Mejia to tackle some of the issues that are plaguing our youth, mental health & workforce development! We know that this is long overdue in our community but the time is now. Learning Objectives: Closing the wealth gap for black and brown generational z in the city of Boston Teaching the importance of BIPOC mental health while providing tangible skills for them to apply Creating opportunities for local artists and entrepreneurs to share their expertise to a wider audienceTeach the fundamentals needed to be successful in the workforce Connect the youth to employers in the city of Boston
