Nearing age 65, new to Medicare or looking to learn about Medicare? We're here to help! Attend this free educational seminar to learn about Medicare's options. Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas representatives will be on hand to walk you through the different parts of Medicare and answer any questions you may have. We are here to help!
