NORRISTOWN, PA — Police are asking for the public's help in tracking down the owners of a dog found in Norristown Monday. The black female pit bull was located on W. Marshall and George streets. She has white on her paws and a line of white in the middle of her forehead. If you have any information, contact police at 610-270-0977.
