Home Evaluation Specialist 4 part series, 8 hours of CE credit, course provided by Elite Inspection Group and Garrett Hand. TREC CE credit - 8hrs total for the Home Evaluation Specialist Designation. Provider is Elite Inspection Group. This course covers everything from; Inspections 101, HVAC, Hot water heaters, a little bit about foundation and roofs as well as how to stage for the Inspection.
