I'm looking for a house cleaner to do 4 - 6 cleanings/month for my Airbnb/Short term rental property. These will be cleanings in between each guest's stay, so the property has to be brought up to the same standards each time (similar to cleaning a hotel in between reservations - also called a Turnover clean) Requirements: - Previous house cleaning experience (hotel cleaning experience preferred!) - Reliable vehicle and smart phone - Someone I can rely on and shows up on time to the job - Fluent english - Future possibility to expand to multiple properties and part/full time salary - Ability to overcome obstacles and think independently Job description: - 2 - 3 cleaning jobs per week (start around 11am and end around 2:30pm) - Cleaning a 2 bed 2 bath apartment - Move items back to proper location and report missing items - Must operate laundry machine - Make beds, do laundry, put away dishes - Check all drawers in apt. - Must clean fridge and microwave - Tidy up patio; entrance way - Must throw away trash - Must replace toilet paper, soaps, refill coffee, etc (all materials will be provided) - Must report damages - Must collect guests' forgotten items - Must remove every speck of hair from linens/towels - Must make bed presentable and towels folded Please only respond if you are reliable and can start immediately!
