We're seeking a dependable, self-motivated, trustworthy leader who desires to work for a highly reputable company known for its quality in both artisanship and customer service. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years experience as a lead installer, be able to confidently and clearly communicate with clients, contractors, and colleagues, and be able to effectively and efficiently lead and delegate responsibilities to assigned helpers. In addition, he/she would be someone who is able to problem solve, work independently while staying on task, and cooperate in a team environment. Previous experience in traditional and laser templating is strongly desired. Previous experience in installing enclosed showers and full backsplash with cutouts strongly desired.
