Chef Jason's Beer Dinner, featuring Deadbeach Brewery, is making its debut at Hotel Paso del Norte on April 4th, at 6:30 pm.
Already a destination for culinary delights, the hotel's rooftop bar, El Mirador, will be home to the event. Guests will enjoy seven beer tastings paired with bites from Executive Chef, Jason Brumfiel, such as Hazelnut Reared Heritage Pork Belly, Truffle Oil Poached Halibut, Foie Gras Valrhona Chocolate Pistachio Bark, and more!
As part of this elevated culinary pop-up, this interactive event will showcase a line-up of beers from Deadbeach Brewery, including Chuco Lauger, Abuela Stout, Peachbreaker Sour, and Road to El Dorado.
