Part-Time Handyman Needed

We are CRC, a real estate company that owns commercial buildings in the Midwest including one in Richmond, IN. We are seeking a handyman to work part-time on an assortment of tasks from maintain, repairing, cleaning, and organizing. Specific tasks include: 1) Able to properly report on daily activities 2) Perform maintenance and light repairs 3) Perform routine landscaping on the grounds 4) Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks etc.) 5) Undertake light installation or carpeting (e.g. build cabinets) 6) Repair equipment or appliances 7) Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs 8) Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks (e.g. shoveling snow) 9) Identify and report the need for major repairs Requirements include: 1) Possess a strong work ethic and be safety conscious 2) Have strong written and verbal communication skills 3) Driving distance to the property 4) Proven experience as handyman 5) Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment 6) Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems 7) Well-organized and apt in problem-solving 8) Attention to detail 9) High school diploma or equivalent Please send a resume or past work experience to erin.lincoln @ crc.net Thank you!
