"Gainz for the brains" a fundraiser for John Prescott at Neuse River Crossfit! On December 9, 2021 our beloved coach and owner rushed to the emergency room with stroke like symptoms, emergency brain surgery was scheduled for the next morning. John has been an avid crossfitter for well over a decade, waking up unable to walk or do anything for himself was incredibly difficult. Over the last three months John has dedicated all of his time and focus to his recovery and is doing remarkably well all things considered. The proceeds from this fundraiser will go directly to John's medical expenses that continue to pile up. This fundraiser will have multiple ways to participate! We will be selling tickets to attend the event in person at Neuse River, includes a T-shirt & coffee and bagels. There will be an option to participate via zoom at 11:30 with our friends at Wheelwod, also includes a t-shirt. There will also be T-shirt only sales as well as raffle tickets up for purchase. Raffle items include gift baskets from Froning Farms, massages from Myology, gift baskets from Rodan and Fields & Beauty Counter, gear and swag packages from our friends at The Phoenix and so much more!!!
