The second chakra, located at the sacrum, is the energetic home of our pleasure, emotions, desires, and creativity. When this center is in balance we step into the flow of nature and connect with the beauty, energy, life force, and excitement of being alive and living on this earth. All levels, bodies, experience are welcome to come join on this Full Moon for a restorative, creative flow yoga practice focusing and connecting towards the Sacral Chakra. Please bring your own mat.
