August Wilson’s Stage Portraits | Theresa McClean
Frequently called “the theater’s poet of Black America,” Wilson penned a series of ten plays known as The Pittsburgh Cycle, chronicling the experiences of African Americans in the twentieth century.
Theresa McClean is a retired literature professor from Nassau Community College, NY and a part-time faculty member at Savannah State University.
