All laughs, no litter! Join us for an evening of clean comedy and help the environment at the same time! Proceeds to benefit Eastern Rhode Island Conservation District. Doors open at 4:30PM. Open seating - come early to enjoy Greenvale Vineyards’ beautifully updated tasting room and enjoy a glass of wine, available for purchase. All ages are welcome to attend this clean comedy show. Must be 21+ to purchase alcohol. Featuring the comedy of Ashley Gutermuth. Ashley is a New Jersey-based stand-up comedian and actor. She appeared on ‘The Tonight Show’ with Jimmy Fallon where she was chosen by Jerry Seinfeld to win the ‘Seinfeld Challenge.’ In 2021, Ashley won the headliner category of the US Comedy Contest. When Ashley is not performing stand-up or voice-overs, she is usually running and has a daily running streak that spans over seven years. She is an avid “plogger” and has picked up litter everyday while running for over two years. Also joining us is Helen Wildy. Helen is a North Carolina based comedian who has performed all over the US and Europe. Helen has toured with the incredible Cameron Esposito and can be seen regularly at Goodnights Comedy Club in Raleigh. She has performed at The Pittsburgh Improv and the Raleigh Improv and has done festivals all over including Amsterdam's Boom Chicago Comedy Festival, Detroit's Women in Comedy Festival, Balitmore's Charm City Fest, Pittsburgh's Comedy Fest to name a few. Born in Belfast, Northern Ireland, raised in Pittsburgh, and having recently moved from Seattle to Raleigh, Helen brings a global yet relatable perspective of growing up a lesbian immigrant. She has opened for many wonderful comedians including Joe "Mr. D." Dombrowski, Aaron Kleiber, JC Coccoli, Cipha Sounds & Wil Sylvince, Caitlin Peluffo, Erik Griffin, & more. --- ERICD serves Newport and Bristol Counties. Its vision is to promote and improve long-lasting and environmentally-friendly practices that protect natural resources such as soil, water, and air.
