Loan Signing Agent training is for current or soon to be Notaries that want to expand their business and become a LSA! This training will provide you with the knowledge needed to be a Loan Signing Agent. This course will teach you: 1. The differences between a Purchase, Refinance, Heloc, Reverse Mortgage and a Sellers Package. 2. We will discuss the common documents included in a closing package. 3. How to complete a loan signing appointment under an hour. 4. Mock closing demonstration. 5. How to grow your business. 6. Commonly made mistakes and how to avoid them. 7. We will be reviewing a complete loan package together. (You may purchase the loan package to keep and review and study.) The class is limited to 20 attendees. Class cost is $50. A ticket must be purchased prior to the event as seating is very limited and seats fill up fast.
