Spring HRLF Workplace Safety Luncheon The Quality Coach is delighted to announce registration is now open for our Spring 2022 HR Leadership Forum (HRLF). During our November 2021 HRLF launch, attendees shared their interests for future HRLF luncheons and we listened! Our next session scheduled on March 30 will provide current guidelines and best practices for workplace safety. We are excited to host two guests with extensive experience and safety expertise to speak on this topic. ECC will also introduce a new Safety Certification program. The Safety Certification program is designed for those with direct responsibility for safety and for others who need up-to-date safety knowledge for their role and organization. Our spring HRLF event is hosted by East Central College's Center for Workforce Development. They are also sponsoring our lunch. Please take a few minutes to complete a Workplace Safety Survey. We will share and discuss the results at our luncheon. Please complete the survey even if you are unable to attend the HRLF luncheon. Your survey answers will help ECC design its Safety Technician Certification program scheduled to start in April 2022. REMEMBER!
