WVU Academy for Engineering Success Bridge Program to be held for incoming first-year Engineering students. The WVU Academy of Engineering Success (AcES) program is the perfect way to start your engineering career at West Virginia University. Ideal for incoming Engineering students in the Fundamentals of Engineering program, AcES helps 1st year students prepare for the college experience, brush up on math and chemistry skills, meet faculty and staff, become familiar with campus, and begin to make life-long friends. The program runs from Monday August 8, 2022 through Friday August 12, 2022. Be sure to pay your WVU deposit and register for your WVU residence hall move-in for the morning of Monday August 8 so that you are ready to go after lunch. This high impact interactive experience will increase your thirst for all things engineering. Registration fee waiver and a limited number of additional AcES program scholarships are available for participants with demonstrated financial need. For Pell Grant eligible students, please complete the AcES Scholarship Application (https://wvu.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_07yBBchVkPjCBH8 )by June 30, 2022. Announcements of Scholarship and Registration Waiver recipients will be made the first week of July. A discount code will be given to the recipients to register for free.
