One 1 on 1 Personal Training session! This session is 60 minutes where your trainer will go through our goal and health history FAQ, take starting measurements and help you set a realistic timeline to achieve your goals, perform a functional movement and posture assessment to incorporate a customized injury prevention training routine into your personalized workout. With this your trainer will take you through your first workout with the time remaining (approximately 20 minutes).
