Job Description MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND CLEAN DRIVING RECORD Looking for experienced set up crews for manufactured mobile homes. Must have some experience and have: ability to stand for long periods of time; ability to crawl under Homes and ability to be on Roofs (heights) take pride in work; committed to high level of customer satisfaction; possess valid driver’s license with clean driving record ability to excel and contribute to a team environment; must be reliable and dependable; possess basic carpentry skills (i.e. trim work, roofing, replace windows, realign doors, patch wallboard); possess basic repair skills (i.e. repair/replace toilets, water heaters, light fixtures, door/cabinet hardware); Ability to work in all environments (extreme heat/cold, rain/snow); Ability to lift at least 100 lbs Job Type: Full-time Experience preferred : 1 year or more Required travel at times.
