Come spend a night on the beach under the full moon as we build a sacred space and healing community together ❤️ Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing that is administered by laying hands on, or over the body. Our bodies are made of energy, and that energy is meant to flow. When we experience trauma, or stress, that energy can sometimes become stuck, and cause an imbalance in the body, which can often manifest into chronic physical pain, or tension. Reiki helps allow those stuck energies to flow and release, therefore helping to reduce stress and promote relaxation and healing. The full moon represents completion, the height of power, and the realization of your desires and the peak of clarity. On this night under the full moon, I will guide you through a meditation during which you’ll be able to reflect on all you’ve accomplished thus, as well as whatever it is you’re ready to let go of. As you lay in meditation I will go around to each individual and give them 2-3 minutes of reiki, working OFF of the body. There will also be a sound bowl, essential oils, and angel cards. All you need to bring is something comfortable to lay on, something to keep you warm, and water. If you have crystals you’d like to charge under the full moon you can absolutely bring those as well! The event is $15 per person.
