Mac's Kitchen and Bar will be taking over the Proof kitchen for our 2nd Sunday Supper RSVP requested, but not required 6p-9p Proof Bar and Incubator introduces Mac's Kitchen and Bar to our Sunday Supper lineup! Mac's Kitchen and Bar is slated to open this summer, and will be taking over the Proof kitchen for one night only on 3.20.22 at 6p This event is open to the public, no ticket required, but RSVPs are preferred. MAC'S IS HYPER-FOCUSED ON WORKING WITH LOCAL FARMERS TO CREATE A FARM-TO-TABLE RESTAURANT THAT USES SEASONAL PRODUCE AND IT’S RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE LOCAL FARMS TO CREATE A ONE OF A KIND EXPERIENCE IN QUALITY AND FLAVOR. WE BELIEVE IN BUILDING A COMMUNITY THAT STARTS AT THE FARM AND ENDS WITH THE TABLE, BUT REPRESENTS EVERYONE THAT MAKES IT POSSIBLE.
