2022 Jaguar Merit Badge Jubilee Sponsored by the University of South Alabama College of Engineering & the Mobile Area Council Join scouts, scouters and Jaguars at Shelby Hall at the University of South Alabama for the 2022 Jaguar Merit Badge Jubilee to earn a merit badge and have fun. Ticket price includes a patch and lunch (Chick-Fil-A sandwich, waffle chips, cookie and drink). Click on Details for a list of Merit Badges being offered. NOTE: The Oceanography merit badge will meet at the Dauphin Island Sea Lab and scouts will need to pack a lunch (lunch not included on this ticket.) Camperships are available if needed.
