WE ARE 7 DAYS A WEEK 10AM-6PM We are a small family owned and operated junk removal company looking for a couple good honest hard working individuals to add to our growing company. If your tired of the same old desk job or just any position where your efforts don't match the pay then consider checking out this position. In addition to having fun every day, you’ll also learn about logistics, truck operations, customer service, and negotiation. You’ll work everywhere: indoors and outdoors, residential, retail, commercial or industrial settings. There is nothing like meeting new people and making new experiences everyday. Our goal is definitely focus on our customer service first and foremost but its time employers also focus on the heart of the company and take care of its employees. REQUIREMENTS • Teamwork: Working in teams every day to complete the task at hand. • Customer Service: Treat every customer with the upmost respect and exceptional service, communication and attitude. • Time Management: Be able to make logistical decisions within the provided daily schedule (when to dispose, how to best complete a job, how to market during downtimes). • Sales: Onsite selling. Educate clients about pricing and services and the benefit to them prior to giving an estimate and ensuring a positive experience. Be able to confidently price jobs. • Junk Removal: Heavy lifting and removal of junk (i.e. couch, mattress, appliances, yard waste, etc.) from business, residential locations QUALIFICATIONS • Strong customer service/people skills. • Must be able to problem solve on the job. • Management/Leadership experience a plus. • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to lift 75 lbs. • Drivers must be at least 25 years old, hold a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record (CDL not required). • Navigators do not need to be 25 years old or hold a valid driver's license. • Preference for working in a fast-paced and fun environment. • Ability to work without direct supervision.
