Vendor reservations for the 2022 Spring Fling DO NOT BOOK A S/Y SPACE UNLESS YOU'RE A YOUTH/SCHOOL GROUP USING THE S/Y PROMO CODE YOU WERE GIVEN BY RYAN All vendor spaces are 10’ x 10’. Vendor must provide own canopy/tent and must be secured for wind, we recommend use of heavy objects or small anchor rods. No on-site electrical/water services. All vendors must follow all federal, state, county, and City of Lynn Haven ordinances, codes, laws, etc. Event Promoter reserves the right to deny and optionally refund for any vendor not in compliance or offering that is not deemed by Event Promoter to be appropriately available/offered for all ages/family-friendly. Vendor Setup will begin at 9:00am, and you will need to have your EventBrite pass ready to be scanned upon your arrival. All vendors must be in place and vehicles used for unloading vacated from the area by 11:20am. Late arrivals will need to hand carry to their spot from the nearest barricaded access point. No exceptions. Event Promoter does not guarantee that any vendor will be the sole representative/distributor/similar for any given product/service/otherwise. In the event of a rain-out/inclement/dangerous weather forcing a cancellation of the vent. All vendor fees will be carried over to future events hosted by Keep It Lynn Haven, LLC. Any refund requests after booking will be reviewed and determined case-by-case. As this is a special event, no vendor needs an additional permit to solicit or peddle goods/services, etc. However, all vendors must otherwise be in compliance and vendor assumes responsibility to be in compliance. Booking a vendor spot, the vendor agrees to hold harmless the Event Promoter in regard to any non-compliance on the part of the vendor. Additionally, by booking a vendor spot, the vendor agrees to hold themselves solely responsible for their safety/wellbeing while at the event during the course of the event. This is a public event, and on-site event security and EMS will be provided by Lynn Haven Police Department. All roads will be barricaded by Event Promoter and LHPD to prevent normal traffic flow. This is the extent of the expectations for this event.
