NORRISTOWN, PA — Emergency sewer repair work is underway in Norristown, leading to a shutdown of a key artery in town. Marshall Street is closed between Barbadoes and Markley streets, officials said. The closure will be in place from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., each day through Thursday. A detour is in place, which sends motorists to either Elm or Main streets, and then Markley. Delays should be expected.
