NORRISTOWN, PA — A water main broke in Norristown on Tuesday morning, leading to closures in the area. The incident occurred on Barbadoes Street at around 10 a.m. Barbadoes is now closed between Marshall and Penn streets, officials said. It's not clear how long the closures will be in place.
