Montgomery County Expands Hours For COVID Testing Sites

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PA — As coronavirus cases continue to surge in Montgomery County and across Pennsylvania, officials are working to make it easier for local residents to get tested. Hours have been expanded at all six of the county's COVID-19 community testing sites, beginning Monday, Nov. 30. All sites will now be open from 9 a.m.t o 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Appointments can be made online starting at 7 a.m., or by phone starting at 8:30 a.m. Montgomery County Commissioner Val Arkoosh said the move was in response to increased demand for tests. Anyone who needs or wants to get tested can do so whether or not they have symptoms. You must be a resident of Montgomery County or work within the county in order to be tested. Testing sites include the following locations: Pottstown -364 King StreetLansdale - 421 West Main StreetWillow Grove - 1678 Fairview AvenueGreen Lane - Deep Creek and Snyder RoadsArdmore - 111 West Lancaster AvenueNorristown - 1401 DeKalb Street
