We are a growing real estate investing group looking to work with reliable and qualified contractors (GCs mostly) and realtors in the area. Should be experienced in rehabs ("fix n' flips"). Should also have good communication skills. We do online webinars to train group members on the various aspects of rehabs from the construction side, as well as the realtor sales side. Those who work with us will have an opportunity to present to our group and establish themselves. Tell us a little about yourself when responding: how long in construction or real estate, what areas in Puget Sound you cover, things of that nature.
