PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — A 27-year-old Greenbelt man has been arrested and charged with the sexual abuse of a minor and a third-degree sexual offense. According to the Maryland State Police, Suffolk County Police in New York contacted them March 4 regarding a missing child. They believed the child was with Kelvin Emanuel Granados-Sorto. On Monday, Maryland state troopers and the FBI served a search warrant at Granados-Sorto's residence and found the missing child. Granados-Sorto arrived at the home a short time after the police and was arrested at the scene. The investigation into the case continues, according to the state police.
