lumenomics, Inc. is a natural lighting company looking for a person for the hybrid role of Production Lead / Installer. We produce and install window shades for commercial buildings. Your role will be evenly split between two responsibilities and shared with another Production Lead / Installer. As a Production Lead you will: Manage a small crew of Production Associates Ensure quality products are produced and shipped timely Monitor the inventory levels Enter logistics information into the online database Receive shipping and document materials received As an Installer you will: Travel nationwide to install manual and powered blinds and shades Conduct field measurements up to the nearest 1/8th inch Work off the 6’ heights Work with small tools: drill, hammer drill, chop-saw, shop-vac Work from architectural/shop drawings Required: Pass the background check Pass the drug test Demonstrate a clean driving record Experience managing employees Experience working off the heights Experience working in manufacturing and/or construction Willing to travel nationwide Able to spend all day on the feet and lift up to 70 lbs overhead Comfortable with technology Intermediate knowledge of English language: speaking, writing, and reading Benefits: Health insurance Life insurance Short-term disability insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(K) Contribution with employer match Paid holidays Paid Time Off Employee Assistance Program Per diem, lodging and airfare are provided when traveling for installation.
