Weathervane Window Company (Kirkland) and Glass Replacement NW (Everett) are looking for hard working professionals who want to join our Glass Replacement team. We restore old windows. For Vinyl windows we pop out the glass and install new energy efficient glass in 20-30 minutes per window. For wood windows we use our proprietary techniques and tools (we will show you and train you) to remove old glass and install new energy efficient glass (45min average). We on occasion will do new trim and windows. We will on occasion build new custom wood windows on site. If you are interested in learning a HIGH DEMAND trade and have years of experience in either carpentry, installing windows and/or of course glass replacement we would be interested in meeting you. We are opening a few locations so looking for people that want to build our company with us and be apart of profit sharing as we grow. A few non-negotiables: - must be clean cut and professionally dressed (like a high skilled tradesman obviously not a business man ) we are in high end homes so we always make a good impression. - drug free atmosphere -positive attitude and willing to listen and learn our techniques (we arent concerned about everything you have done we just need people that are quick to learn and patient to learn our techniques for restoring 100's of types of different windows) -must have vehicle and drivers license Will be paid on a 1-2 month trial period at the end of each day. Than if still a fit will be paid in terms of skill level. Starting at 30hour cash or 200 cash a day. 300 cash a day for window and glass replacement experts. Increases from there as you learn our techniques.
