Part Time Office Administrative Assistant (approx. 30 hours per week)
We are looking for a creative, organized, team-oriented person to support our office in Oakland, NJ.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Professional phone and email etiquette.Account Administrator for a Large Client: work order tracking, billing, AR/AP and AR resolution. Experience with QuickBooks necessary.Assist Landscape Division: Data entry and record daily timesheets. Utility mark outs.Marketing Research: Creation and mailing of marketing material on a quarterly basis and Social Media Management.Maintain truck and trailer information and maintenance records.Maintain employee records and schedule DOT medical card appointments.Maintain Sub-Contractor records (COI, Sub Agreements)Maintain inventory of office and kitchen supplies.
Compensation: Starting at 18.00, based on experience
