Here are the top stories today in New Orleans: Four people were injured in two separate shootings on Monday in New Orleans. The first shooting occurred in the early morning at the intersection of St. Roche Ave and Benefit St and injured three victims after a verbal argument. The second shooting had one victim on Read Boulevard and he was transported to the hospital. Anyone with information regarding these incidents is asked to contact NOPD or Crimestoppers. (WDSU New Orleans) At least for the moment, it seems that New Orleans gas prices have stabilized at $4.17 per gallon. A decrease in the national average could be possible in the next few days but long term stability is unlikely. (FOX 8 Local First) A shooting in Harvey late Sunday night left one dead, two hurt. The Jefferson Parish Sheriff has yet to release any more information regarding a potential motive or suspects.
