YourPad is a local real estate group with approximately 75+ vacation rental properties downtown Charleston either owned, leased or managed by our company (think Airbnb, VRBO). We are a small partnered group with currently 5 other team members looking to add an Maintainance Manager member focused on Daily Operations, Property Management and Property upkeep. This position will take responsibility of regular upkeep inspection, repairs and quality control for the properties - working alongside or in conjunction with 2 other maintenance team members. We are looking for immediate hire. Must live in downtown Charleston OR close proximity. We will want this to be a committed, serious position with opportunity for growth. Skills Needed: General Repairs / HVAC knowledge plus... - Problem Solver - General Painting / Dry-wall Touch-Ups - 24/7 Communication - Positive Attitude - Ability to Communicate with Vacation Guests - Good Mobility - Multi-Tasker Pay is negotiable but will be ~$40,000+ a year.
