Beware of dog "trainer"

We purchased a "service animal" from a dog "trainer" in Lincoln, CA. I won't post her name but beware of someone with the phone number 9*6-***-24*3. She presents herself as a trainer but the puppy we got only knew sit. She said he doesn't jump but all he did was jump and lunge at people. Even when we were meeting him, he jumped up at the people. I should have known. He growled and bit at my kids and our friends. Eventually he bit my son requiring a visit to the doctor. When I contacted them to come get the dog back, she said she was "too busy" and to just take him to the pound. Not a legitimate dog trainer. Please bewar of any animal that has come in contact with the girl.
