Custom Solar is currently seeking experienced solar installers to lead a team of 2-6 installers on commercial and residential projects. Pay commensurate with experience with potential for advancement and increased pay with role and responsibilities, ranging from $24-$30. Construction and solar experience is necessary. Strong work ethic, good attitude and excellent communication skills are required. Full time position. Paid sick time beginning day 1 and paid time off and bonus after 90 days! 5 paid Holidays and health insurance assistance.
