Geovert is looking for a highly motivated crew to join the team for an avalanche mitigation & alpine construction projects. Experience working around helicopters, general construction, trail building, wildland firefighting, climbing, rigging, skills are a plus. If you love the mountains, a bit of hard work and being part of a team then send us your details or come in for a chat Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Hand digging trench lines for pipe • General labor- moving and carrying heavy loads on steep loose ground, excavation, laying pipe • Carrying and moving equipment in steep mountain terrain • Concrete • Structural Steel Erection • Steel Fixing • Rigging • Framing • Carpentry • Working at Heights Skills and experience: • Minimum two (2) years of construction experience with a strong focus on safety • Experience working in mountain environments • Good communication and teamwork This is a physically demanding project. Includes hiking, long hours ≥10hrs day at altitude in all weather conditions.
