Greenland Man Indicted On Gun Threat, Strangulation Charges: Docs

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court. Dennis Patrick Kelley II, 44, of Spring Street in Cambridge, Massachusetts, on theft by deception and forgery charges, both felonies. He was accused of obtaining checks from ANKY Construction in Londonderry and forging them on May 5, 2021. Matthew E. Keyser, 37, of Jobin Drive in Manchester on operating while certified as a habitual offender and reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges, both felonies, as well as DUI and criminal mischief charges. He was accused of driving a Volvo on Route 101, while deemed a habitual offender and while drunk, and then crashing into a tractor-trailer truck on April 23, 2021, in Candia. Nicholas M. Killiea, 28, of State Street in Manchester on a felony burglary charge and attempt-domestic violence charges. He was accused of burglarizing a home on William Street in Sandown and attempting to take a cellphone from a woman to prevent her from calling police on May 22, 2021. Cody R. Kimble, 24, of Hillside Drive in Greenland on a second-degree assault-domestic violence-strangulation and domestic violence-criminal threatening-deadly weapon charges, both felonies. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner, pointing a firearm at them, and threatening to kill them on Dec. 22, 2021, in Greenland. Steven Lacroix, 31, of Village Circle Way in Manchester on attempted tampering with witnesses and informants and two tampering with witnesses and informants charges, both felonies. On Feb. 1, 2021, in Derry, he was accused of attempting to tell another person to "deny" to investigators and lie to a defense attorney. On Jan. 15 in Brentwood, he was accused of attempting to cause the person to testify falsely again. Jose Laguer-Valentin, 27, of Border Street in Boston, MA, on a felony reckless conduct-deadly weapon charge. He was accused of placing a passenger in danger in Salem on April 25, 2019, by speeding, swerving, and crashing into a guardrail. Lamprey, 24, of New Road in North Hampton on two possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell or dispense, fentanyl and cocaine, charges on Oct. 22, 2020, in Hampton; two crime while released on bail-controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl and cocaine, charges on Jan. 31, 2021; and five possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell or dispense, alprazolam and cocaine mix in pills, alprazolam, fentanyl and cocaine mix, oxycodone, and clonazepam charges on Sept. 23, 2020, in Hampton. Nicholas Lang, 41, of East Watson Street in Dover on a felony possession of cocaine charge on Aug. 24, 2020, in Portsmouth. Kevin J. Legault, 45, of Elsie Road in Brockton, MA, on a felony theft by receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining a Massachusetts license plate, owned by another, in Salem on Nov. 7, 2020. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on theft charges in Massachusetts. Julio A. Lopez, 36, of Lance Avenue in Litchfield on possession of acetyl fentanyl and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and concealing it from Salem police on Jan. 3, 2021. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on one or more prior offenses.
