Fredette, 38, of Concord was cited at 1:17 p.m. on Feb. 27 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at the Concord Center on Ferry Street. Tracey Lynn Cannavino, 52, of Concord was arrested at 9:07 a.m. on Feb. 27 on felony operating after being certified as a habitual offender, drug possession, and disobeying an officer charges after an incident on Pleasant Street.
