PENNSYLVANIA — Former Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane has run afoul of the law again, as she was arrested for driving under the influence after a crash in Scranton, police said. The 55-year-old, who had previously been jailed for perjury in 2018, was taken into custody, charged, and later released after the incident. Police said the incident happened at around 6:30 p.m. Saturday evening, near Moosic Street and Meadow Avenue in Scranton.
