About Me/Project: My name is Alex Johns, a 20 year old sophomore attending school at Ringling College in their Film program. Since living in Sarasota I've seen the pain and hardships of those living in less fortunate situations, and i want to use my Filmmaking skill and platform in order to express those issues to larger masses so that we may see meaningful change. I have respect for everyone, and i will redact any interview or sentence if it makes the person uncomfortable or presents issues. This Doc is being made by myself, using only the recourses i have available so please be mindful of that. If you have no experience being interviewed i am also willing to give ample instruction and be patient. You can text me if you want to participate, or you have any questions.
