ALAMEDA, CA — Alameda Police stopped four people from stealing an ATM Sunday, made one arrest, and confiscated suspected methamphetamine and cash.
Around 7 a.m., police received several calls about a gang of thieves trying to steal an ATM using multiple vehicles.
The credit union ATM was on Mosley Avenue, frequently by Coast Guard personnel.
By the time police arrived, the building had sustained significant damage.

No surveillance photos of the remaining suspects have been released at this time.
