Experienced sub-contractor (5years) to provide all labor, equipment, supplies, fuel, material to perform grounds maintenance services at 2 US Army Reserve sites in Waterloo (2 acres), and Cedar Falls (.5 acres). Work starts April 2022 thru Oct 2022. April gets 2 cuts, 1 spring clean, 1 soil aeration, 1 weed control application, 1 fertilization. May, June, July, Aug get 4 cuts each, Sept gets 3 cuts and Oct gets 2 cuts. Oct also gets a fall clean to include leaf removal. Contract term is 1 year with 2 options.
