Tile helper/ setter wanted

I am looking for someone who is hard working and good at following tasks. No tile experience necessary. You won’t be setting tile but if it’s a good fit I may be willing to hire you on long term and am more than happy to teach you the trade. Starting pay is $15hr. I am also open to hiring a setter but you must be a great installer because I work on high end jobs and have no time for bad installations. Pay is to be determined once we talk.
