Update: Stoopville Road has reopened following the Friday night crash, police say. NEWTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — A crash has closed a portion of Stoopville Road in Newtown Township Friday night. Newtown Township Police said just before 8 p.m. that Stoopville Road is closed between Eagleton Farms Road and Rosefield Drive due to a traffic accident. Information regarding injuries and number of vehicles is not yet available. Check back for updates.
